Hbazee Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the hbazee platform and all of its services. hbazee is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between hbazee and the user.

2. Account Register

Hbazee is not available in countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law. Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing such services is legal in their jurisdiction.

4. Payments & Transactions

Hbazee supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed through secure encryption.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits will be displayed on the platform.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after verification has been completed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for deposits — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5. Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, hbazee reserves the right to void bets under specific circumstances.

• If a match is abandoned or no official result is declared, outcomes will be determined in accordance with hbazee's policy.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
• Maximum winnings may be capped and will be communicated on the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Hbazee offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which will be detailed on the respective offer page.

• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses not used within the specified validity period will expire.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.

• Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

10. Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. hbazee also reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded; however, any bonus funds will be forfeited.
